February 6, 2025[Upating my review after Owner's request] I have visited twice, the first time was regarding Hard Drive repair which was completed at a high cost yet it was satisfactory as the issue was resolved. The 2nd time was regarding a diagnosis and quote for HP laptop which was auto-shutting off. I was quoted $700 + 2 weeks for the repair. I was so frustrated by the quote that I took the initiative to fix it myself. The fix involved a new SSD install + fan which cost me < $100 in parts and 2 hours of my time. Not to mention the repair was successful as I am writing this review from the very same laptop which I managed to repair. This shop exploits customers, quotes exorbitant prices and unrealistic timelines. Hence, the review is a fair reflection of your service, unless improved, expect similar reviews.

Misdiagnosed my computer. Said it was the CPU and motherboard that was the issue. Based on his advice I spent over $1000 on new parts on top of the $120 for the initial consultation only for it to have not been the problem. Refused to take any responsibility or provide any compensation. Horrible and costly experience all around.
